Other significant undertakings include the upcoming Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project, a high-speed rail initiative expected to be completed by 2030, and the commissioning of a new Centralized Track Machine Overhauling Workshop (CPOH) in Ahmedabad to boost infrastructure and safety.

Key Projects

Ratlam-Mhow (Phase-I) Gauge Conversion Project:

This project aims to connect the Ratlam and Mhow sections of the Western Railway by converting the existing tracks to Broad Gauge (BG), which includes laying new BG track, renewal of existing tracks, and other associated works.

Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train:

As part of a broader high-speed rail network, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train is a significant project designed to connect these major economic centers, with a planned completion by 2030.

Centralized Track Machine Overhauling Workshop (CPOH) in Ahmedabad:
